Let Me In, Matt Reeves' remake of Let the Right One In now has a cast lined up, reports Variety. Stepping into the Scandinavian shoes of the original's subtle stars are a combination of promising actors. Kodi Smit-McPhee takes on Oskar's character, who falls for Eli, the vampire. And she'll be played by Chloe Moretz (last seen in (500) Days of Summer).
But most exciting? Richard Jenkins, character actor extraordinaire, is set to support the kiddies in the role of Eli's guardian, Hakan, who helps her to survive. Check out The Visitor for proof (pictured above). It may be set in America and spoken in English, but this remake of Sweden's superb gem just might be something worth watching. It'll no doubt turn up next year - until then, read on to check out the other two cast members for yourself.
