Marc Webb, director of 500 Days of Summer, this genius music video, and all-round lovely guy, has signed on to remake Just Another Love Story. The Danish thriller, which got some good attention in 2008, was all set around a strange love triangle. It did very well at Sundance.

The story involves a crime photographer, who manages to work his way into the amnesiac memory of a girl in a car accident. When her boyfriend turns up, things go ever so slightly wrong...

After the wonderful 500 Days, Webb is in serious demand - the music director is also looking at another thriller, called Age of Rage, and even a possible reboot of Jesus Christ Superstar. For now, though, the challenge of switching a dark tale from Copenhagen to the States should keep him busy; it's a challenge Matt Reeves is still working on with his remake of Swedish Let the Right One In. Those Scandinavians, they're so hot right now.
