Yes, you read that correctly: Bryan Singer is in talks to get a Battlestar Galactica feature film off the ground, revealed HitFlix. Battlestar Galactica? That sounds familiar... Oh, wait, there was a TV series not that long ago which finished. A bit soon to start work on a movie, don't you think?


Bryan Singer doesn't think so. In fact, he tried to get the TV show back up and running in 2001, but September 11 put a stop to any plot involving mass genocide - Cylon-enforced or otherwise. But now, Universal have the film rights and are all too keen on milking that money space-cow. Glen Larson, the creator of the original 1970s series is already onboard. Now they just have to hope Bryan steps up to the helm...
