The stars of State of Play took to the red carpet last night in Leicester Square. A big-screen adaptation of the wonderful BBC TV series, the cast and director were keen to show they matched up to the original. It sees Academy Award-winner Russell Crowe play seasoned hack Cal McCaffrey, unearthing the dirt on an old friend, Congressman Stephen Collins (Ben Affleck), who was having an affair with his research assistant, Sonia Baker.

See what they all had to say about politics, the press and the original with i-Flick's exclusive premiere footage!
