Rooney Mara is fantastic in this delicate, sun-soaked Western

Film review: Wadjda

Every now and then, a film comes along that changes the world. Sometimes, you don't even realise it's doing it.

World War H – or hate’s not all that

What do Shyamalan, World War Z and Man of Steel have in common? Hype - and hate.

What a way to wake up on a Saturday.

Just when you've finally got over the fact that Danny Boyle is a lovely man who turned down a Knighthood, this Trance trailer turns up out of nowhere and makes him look even more awesome.

Starring James McAvoy and Vincent Cassell, Boyle's hynopsis-themed art heist flick looks exactly like you'd expect a Danny Boyle hypnosis-themed art heist flick to: unpredictable, intriguing, kinetic and bonkers. Or, to put it another way, EVERYTHING IS IN DUTCH TILT. (Fact: If you balance your computer diagonally on a book, everything in the Trance trailer appears completely normal.)

Trance is out in UK cinemas on Friday 27th March, which is surprisingly close given we've heard no peep of a marketing campaign until now. It's now right back on my radar of must-see films in 2013.

Read on for the full trailer, which premiered over on MSN yesterday.
