Rooney Mara is fantastic in this delicate, sun-soaked Western

Film review: Wadjda

Every now and then, a film comes along that changes the world. Sometimes, you don't even realise it's doing it.

World War H – or hate’s not all that

What do Shyamalan, World War Z and Man of Steel have in common? Hype - and hate.

If you're not doing anything on 21st January - it's a Monday, so you won't be - the Kensington Symphony Orchestra are having "a night at the Oscars" or, to be more accurate, a night at London's Southbank Centre.

Here's why that's awesome:

Jonny Greenwood There Will Be Blood concert

Jonny Greenwood's score for Paul Thomas Anderson's The Master was the best film of 2012, according to my latest column at Den of Geek. But a chance to hear his even better soundtrack for There Will Be Blood? They don't come along very often.

Tickets are here. Cheers to SpodoKomodo for the heads-up.
