Film review: Wadjda

Every now and then, a film comes along that changes the world. Sometimes, you don't even realise it's doing it.

World War H – or hate’s not all that

What do Shyamalan, World War Z and Man of Steel have in common? Hype - and hate.

Yes, there are more posters to put up. And with them more screams, each one louder than the next. But as you retreat into the World Cup for shelter from shrieking fans, pause for a second and check out the atmospheric new banners for Twilight's third entry, Eclipse (previewing within 7 days of writing this). At first glance, it looks like a bunch of pale moody teenagers staring grumpily into the distance, but wait - what else can we learn about the new film?

Studying them closely, you can tell that David Slade's Eclipse will take a brand new approach to Stephenie Meyer's material: it'll feature lots of pale moody teenagers staring grumpily into the distance. Mind blowing stuff.

For more gloomy banners of Edward Cullen (omg!), Kristen Stewart (zomg!) and JACOB (*shoots self*), read on. The promisingly dark (and supposedly less emo) Twilight: Eclipse is released on Friday 9th July. The trailer's over here. I hate the fact that I'm actually quite excited.
