Every now and then, a film comes along that changes the world. Sometimes, you don't even realise it's doing it.

World War H – or hate’s not all that

Yes, the guy who gave birth to Family Guy (and American Dad, and The Cleveland Show) is set to port his animated genius to the big screen. The film? Ted, "a 'Hard R' comedy about a man and his teddy bear". That's about all we know about Seth MacFarlane's first feature - except for the fact that it's a mix of live action and CG animation.

Written with Family Guy scribes Alex Sulkin and Wellesley Wild, MacFarlane will provide the voice for the furry beast, as well as playing a supporting role. An all-out Seth fest about a naughty cartoon teddy? No wonder Universal snapped it up as soon as possible.
