Eradicated. It's a great word. But you'd be surprised how rarely it pops up in screenplays. Thank goodness, then, for The Hunger Games: the Catching Fire teaser trailer gets Donald Sutherland to say it, relishing in its five syllables, dripping with cold bearded blood. It's easily the best use of the word since The Matrix Reloaded.


The rest of the trailer's excellent too, avoiding dishing the plot's details while still giving us ample Philip Seymour Hoffman time.


The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has a UK release date of Friday 22nd November. Here's the teaser trailer:
